Vacancy Announcement

Triangle GH is a French Organization of International Solidarity that has been implementing activities in Timor Leste since 2005 in the fields of water & sanitation and psychosocial activities.
Triangle GH stands as the water sector lead for the District Water Supply, Sanitation & Hygiene Services (DWASH) Program.

Translator – Coordination assistant

5.      Main Duties
  • Written translation:
    • All human resources documents (Labour law, contracts…)
    • Any internal communication tool
  • Oral translation: During meetings either with the community, TGH staff, etc.
  • To attend to coordination meetings
  • To Write minutes of meetings
  • To make meetings arrangement
  • To provide/research ground material/literature on various Humanitarian development issues; Water, Health, Education…
  • To provide regular updates on government policies and legislations
  • To develop and maintain structures for inter team communications within Triangle GH

6.      Skills required

  • University degree in a relevant field and/or substantial professional experiences experience in administration and management, either in the private or non-profit sector.
  • A demonstrable understanding of developments projects
  • Computer literate with programs such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
  • Strong organizational and supervisory skills and experience.
  • Good interpersonal skills and team working ability.
  • Fluent in English and Tetum required
  • Writing skills a must
  • Water and sanitation technical knowledge a plus
