1.      Organization

Triangle GH is a French Organization of International Solidarity that has been implementing activities in Timor Leste since 2005 in the fields of water & sanitation and psychosocial activities.

Triangle GH stands as the water sector lead for the District Water Supply, Sanitation & Hygiene Services (DWASH) Program.

5.      Main Duties

• To follow up the stock records and organize the delivery and the receptions of the goods (water commodities and component )
• To perform a monthly stock monitoring report
• To arrange his store and participate on the cleaning and the maintenance of the stock.
• To archive all the in and out way bills, and to provide high managerial performance
• Arranging the loading and off loading of the delivered or the received goods.
• Following the delivered good to the destination and issuing the necessary document.

6.      Skills required

• Good knowledge and experience in stock management and control.
• Strong capacity to act as a team leader and manage minimum 3 persons.
• Minimum experience in stock at least 2 years, preferable in water commodities.
• Capacity to facilitate and solving issues at administrative level.
• Driving license at least (motorbike)
• Computer skills (Word, Excel, Microsoft office and internet)
