Position Overview
The Office Manager works with the National Program Associate to manage ICTJ’s office administration and finance. Primary responsibilities of this position include: processing payments, creating invoices, developing and implementing finance policies and procedures, creating monthly finance reports and assisting in all aspects of office and project administration. This position is full-time (40 hours/week), and reports to National Program Associate and ICTJ Jakarta office.
Required qualifications
· A commitment to ICTJ mission and values
· Experience in management and finance (Minimum 3 years)
· Experience in drafting financial reports for management and donors
· Advanced English skills, and fluency in Tetun and Indonesian;
· Good computer skills, including proficiency in Word and Excel
Required attributes
· Ability to organize, prioritize, and manage time effectively
· Flexibility, ability to multi-task and work well under pressure
· Strong analytical and problem solving skills
· Good leadership skills and the ability to work collaboratively with other staff
· Ability to work effectively with minimal direction
Preferred qualifications
· Prior experience working in an NGO
· University qualification in management or finance

Primary responsibilities of this position involve working with Timorese NGOs on victim networking and programs relating to CAVR follow-up, especially in relation to to reparations. Specific duties includes:
· Overseeing ICTJ’s victim networking program, undertaken together with Timorese NGOs
· Maintaining regular contact and good coordination with partners organization;
· Organizing and preparing events, including meetings and trainings on transitional justice;
· Assisting the National and International Program Associates with research as requested;
· Facilitating transitional justice exposure visits to Timor-Leste
Required Qualifications
· A commitment to ICTJ mission and values
· Experience in human rights and/or victim support (Minimum 2 years)
· Advanced English, Fluency in Tetun and Indonesia language skills
· Good computer skills, including proficiency in Word

Position Duration: 1 year, renewable
Location: Dili, with frequent travel to the districts
Project Background:
The ‘Ita Nia Rai’ programme requires 2 Trainers to assist with training field staff and data collection volunteers.
The Project comprises 5 tasks in the pursuit of the objectives noted above; 1) Public Information; 2&3) Developing legislation and policy; 4) Land Administration; and, 5) Dispute Mediation.
Position Description:
Working under the guidance of the Training Coordinator, the Trainers will be responsible for:
- Implement training of field staff in for at least 5 districts.
- Work with technical experts to assist in developing training programmes;
- Coordinate logistics and administration to implement training;
- Maintain detailed monitoring and evaluation records of each training;
- Frequent travel to the districts;
- Ensure that all training activities carried out are sensitive to gender issues and that women are given equal opportunities to participate in all aspects of project trainings
- Other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
Professional experience:
- At least 3 years of experience as a trainer
- Experience with developing training
- Experience training-of-trainers modules
- Knowledge of participatory training methods
Education and professional qualifications:
- Secondary education required; post-secondary education would be an asset.
- Formal education as a trainer would be an asset.
- Fluency in Tetum and Indonesian is required. Working knowledge of English is required.
- Basic computer literacy is required.
- Previous experience working for an international organization would be an advantage.
Personal qualifications:
- Good communicator;
- Dependable;
- Timely, professional and hard-working.
- Team player with excellent inter-personal skills.
