Hadia Agrickultura no Nutrisaun (HAN) Project
Position Title: M&E Assistant - 1
Place of Assignment: Maliana
Duration: 12 months, with possibility for extension up to years
Reports to: Monitoring and Evaluation Officer
PROJECT BACKGROUND
HAN, an EuropeAid funded (EC) project, will be supporting 3,000 vulnerable households in target communities in Liquica and Bobonaro and Ermera districts in Timor Leste. The specific objective of HAN project is ‘3,000 vulnerable households in target communities in Liquica, Bobonaro and Ermera Districts have improved access to adequate quantity of diverse food in a sustainable manner.’ HAN contributes to achieving the first Millennium Development Goal (MDG), and national priority on food security of Republic Democratic Timor Leste.
JOB SUMMARY
- To number the farmer groups, interest groups from the project area by Sucos and Aldeias
- To enter the groups data in the order of groups identification number and save it properly
- To enter corresponding district, sub-district, suco and cluster codes into each record
- Assist project team to conduct survey works, research and studies
- Assist Monitoring and Evaluation Officer to prepare progress report
- Assist project team to facilitate trainings related to data entry and management
QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE
- Senior high school and technical school graduate
- Excellent familiarity with basic operations of the computer
- Confident in using Excel and database management
- Good training and facilitation skills
- Fluent in Tetum and basic level of English
- Driving license
