Triangle GH is a French Organization of International Solidarity that has been implementing activities in Timor Leste since 2005 in the fields of water & sanitation and psychosocial activities.

Triangle GH stands as the water sector lead for the District Water Supply, Sanitation & Hygiene Services (DWASH) Program.

5.      Main Duties

ü    To follow up the stock records and organize the delivery and the receptions of the goods (water commodities and component )

ü    To perform a monthly stock monitoring report

ü    To arrange his store and participate on the cleaning and the maintenance of the stock.

ü    To archive all the in and out way bills, and to provide high managerial performance

ü    Arranging the loading and off loading of the delivered or the received goods.

ü    Following the delivered good to the destination and issuing the necessary document.

6.      Skills required

ü    Good knowledge and experience in stock management and control.

ü    Strong capacity to act as a team leader and manage minimum 3 persons.

ü    Minimum experience in stock at least 2 years, preferable in water commodities.

ü    Capacity to facilitate and solving issues at administrative level.

ü    Driving license at least (motorbike)

ü    Computer skills (Word, Excel, Microsoft office and internet)
