Fixed Term, Two Year Accompanied Appointment

The Deputy Country Director - Operations (DCD-O) is a senior management position, managing the four key areas of Oxfam’s operations in Timor-Leste; Finance, Administration, Logistics and Security. The position will provide leadership and management of all four of the operations functions and will ensure that effective capacity building takes place, both internally and with partners.

Experience in a senior management position is required; including a demonstrated ability to manage and mentor a diverse team across finance, logistics, information technology and administration.
An accredited accounting degree, CPA/CA or equivalent is essential, as is extensive experience in project accounting and demonstrated ability to contribute to strategic and operational planning.
