Assembly and Testing
Training Content
• On-the-job Training (OJT) to understand the concept of and acquire ability to read part numbers and assembly drawings
• Assist on the assembly of components and sub assemblies starting from simple components such as frames and structures, valves, tools etc. Candidates learn to perform tests on assembled components.
• Candidates who show potential to progress will be assigned additional responsibility such as participate in assembly of surface and subsea X’mas trees and involve in Factory Acceptance Test of such equipment.

Requirements:
Min. US Junior High School Cert or IELTS equivalent

Logistic and Material Handling
Training Content
• OJT to understand logistic fundaments such as Stock Keeping Units, receiving and issuing of materials, computerised tracking, cycle count etc.
• Involve in the day to day operation in warehouse and logistic operations.
• Candidates with aptitude will be further trained to operate the computerised material control system.

Requirements:
Min. Pre-university US Year 12 or IELTS equivalent

Technician and Service Engineering
Training Content
• First be trained as Assembly and Testing personnel.
• Upon completion of basic assembly and testing training, candidates will be exposed to basic drilling technology, routine drilling operation, rig safety etc through self study and classroom courses.
• Candidates will also be exposed to standard operation required on surface X’mas trees and product specific training depending on their discipline of study.

Requirements:
Min. technical Diploma

Engineering
Training Content
• Attach to the Subsea Engineering Services group and will gain exposure to oil field engineering through day to day operation such as disposing production non-conformances, assist FMC engineers in calculations, design, manufacturing and testing supports etc.

Requirements:
Min. Bachelor of Engineering (Mechanical/Electrical/Electronics)

Training allowance would be provided during the 12-month training period.
