Triangle GH is a French Organization of International Solidarity that has been implementing activities in Timor Leste since 2005 in the fields of water & sanitation and psychosocial activities.
Triangle GH stands as the water sector lead for the District Water Supply, Sanitation & Hygiene Services (DWASH) Program.

5. Main Duties
- To support to the TGH’s deputy logistic officer in his functions (offices) and replace him / her in case of absence.
- To anticipate and animate of the respect the purchase process of TGH intern / extern in to the project
- To help the procurement and logistic team in Dili in order to monitor the TGH’s vehicle maintenance and periodical services.
- To be a liaison between the warehouse in Dili and the TGH’s office arranging the loading and off loading of the delivered or the received goods.
- Following the delivered good to the destination and issuing the necessary document.
- To work on contact with the deputy logistic officer in Dili, in order to supply him / her maximum of support in his / her daily work.
- To follow the vehicles fuel refilling in daily basis
6. Skills required
- Good knowledge and experience in logistic, preferable past experience with international NGOs.
- Good speaking and writing English language – Tetun and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Strong capacity on marketing and negotiation.
- Minimum experience in a similar domain of logistic.
- Good knowledge on mechanic and fleet management
- Capacity to facilitate and solving issues at administrative level.
- Capacity of working in group.
- Computer skills (Word, Excel, Microsoft office and internet).
