Program Manager - Economic Justice (Timor-Leste, Oecusse or Covalima)

The Program Manager (Economic Justice) is responsible for providing program management as well as technical and methodological support to Oxfam’s Economic Justice program. The program currently comprises work in Food Security, Sustainable Livelihoods and Community Based Disaster Risk Management and is implemented through an integrated and community based approach.

You will have:

  • At least five years practical, proven experience in integrated rural development, with a strong focus on food security and livelihoods, preferably in South East Asia.
  • Significant experience working to build the skills and capacities of local NGOs and community based organisations through a variety of learning strategies.
  • Experience in institutional grant management (EC funded grant management experience preferred).
  • Experience in supporting monitoring and evaluation of food security and/or livelihood programs.
