Timor Aid is a national NGO originally founded in 1998, which is working in development projects spanning all 13 districts of the Country, in the focus areas of Culture Preservation, Community Enabling, Capacity Building and Active Citizenship.

Timor Aid is seeking for the two following positions:

1. Chief Executive Officer (CEO)

Summary:

The CEO will provide strategic vision,leadership, and effective management, to achieve the vision and mission of the organization in accordance with the organizational strategic directions. The CEO will oversee all aspects of the organization, and accordingly he/she will be responsible for tasks as executive decision making, supervision and guidance of staff, external relations, and overall responsibility for ensuring continuing operations.

2. Tais Weaving Advisor

Summary:

The Weaving Project Advisor will assist the Project Manager in implementing the Tais Weaving Improvement project, designing activities that are necessary to reach the objectives of the project, and ensuring their successful completion, with the satisfaction of the supervisors, beneficiaries, donors, and Timor Aid management. He/she will also assist the Manager in networking and monitoring the project.
