Health Alliance International (HAI) is an American based NGO that provides technical assistance to Ministry of Health of Timor Leste.

The office manager is responsible for administrative management of a USAID/ AuzAid-funded program to support the family planning, maternal and newborn care services of the Timor-Leste MoH. Duties include:
  • Administrative liaising with MoH,
  • Management of support staff,
  • Administrative reports,
  • Procurement
  • Human Resources and
  • Other administrative functions as needed.

This position is full-time. Timorese national preferred

  • Strong organizational skills and ability to coordinate complex functions
  • Fiscal, office, and personnel supervision/management experience
  • Ability to use computer technology and internet.
  • Ability to relate well to people from different backgrounds
  • Fluency in reading, writing and speaking English; fluency in Indonesian or Tetun (preferably both).
