Health Alliance International (HAI) is an American based NGO that provides technical assistance to Ministry of Health of Timor Leste.
The office manager is responsible for administrative management of a USAID/ AuzAid-funded program to support the family planning, maternal and newborn care services of the Timor-Leste MoH. Duties include:
- Administrative liaising with MoH,
- Management of support staff,
- Administrative reports,
- Procurement
- Human Resources and
- Other administrative functions as needed.

This position is full-time. Timorese national preferred
Requirements
- Strong organizational skills and ability to coordinate complex functions
- Fiscal, office, and personnel supervision/management experience
- Ability to use computer technology and internet.
- Ability to relate well to people from different backgrounds
- Fluency in reading, writing and speaking English; fluency in Indonesian or Tetun (preferably both).
