Reporting to the Country Program Director, the Program Effectiveness Manager will drive program effectiveness at Plan Timor-Leste by developing the organisation’s capabilities in program design and planning, monitoring, evaluation and research, partnership support, resource mobilisation and communications, and will support the achievement of country program goals that are aligned with international best practice. Reporting to the Senior Technical Advisor, the Recovery Mobile Library Advisor will be responsible for:
The position is based at the Plan Country Office in Dili with some travel within Timor-Leste.
Selection Criteria
The successful candidate will have the following skills, qualifications and personal attributes:
§ University degree in social science, social work, education, international development or related discipline (Master level preferred)
§ Minimum 5 years experience in community and/or international development
§ Knowledge of Children’s Rights laws and experience working with CP issues
§ Wide experience in producing reports for different audiences
§ Proficiency with Tetun, Bahasa Indonesia or Portuguese is preferred
